Jake Roggenkamp is a singer-songwriter from northwest New Jersey known for his unique voice and thoughtful song structure. In 2017 NPR stated, “The sound of his voice is completely unexpected — it sounds almost like Janis Joplin's: high, reedy and powerful - pulling back and letting loose in all the right places.”

Previously writing for NJ indie band The Break Lights, Jake now writes solo and draws inspiration from The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, Ray Charles, Paul Simon and many American Jazz standards.
