Read below to find out how this experience truly integrates beer and yoga in one of the most picturesque tap rooms in New Jersey. Tickets are required and the link is below. Beer+Yoga come together for a unique 60 minute yoga class to open up the senses in Flounder Brewing Company’s private loft! Yoga is known for increasing flexibility, calming the mind, and releasing stress; but yoga can also be used to ignite the 5 senses. Through yoga we’ll open up the five senses and discover how movement, breathe, and mindfulness can increase our flavor and scent receptors allowing us to smell and taste all of the notes of beer! Instructor Savannah Mignella will lead us flowing through this all-level friendly yoga class open to everyone 21+. The ticket includes 1 beer (fine print for regulations: the beer is within the sample amount allowed in conjunction with a tour of a Brewery).

The Mighty Rumble Brass Band is the latest project from acclaimed saxophonist Craig Yaremko, “an artist who...has a powerful musical personality” (Newark Star-Ledger), and whose latest recording was hailed as “pure magic” (Jazziz). Inspired by a recent trip to New Orleans, Yaremko, a veteran performer on the New York-area jazz scene for more than two decades, has assembled a multi-generational band, who embrace the joyful exuberance of the Crescent City, and combined it with the attitude a soul only found in New Jersey. A show with the Mighty Rumble includes New Orleans classics from the Rebirth Brass Band and Dr. John and The Meters, plus adaptations from the likes of Bob Marley, Amy Winehouse, and Bruce Springsteen, as well as funky, accessible, and always crowd-pleasing originals.

Leading into 5 days straight of celebrating St. Patrick’s Day we start with a special Irish Session lead by Faoilean, our favorite Irish Trad Trio! Come in for amazing Irish musicians hanging in the corner playing away while enjoying a pour of Black Emerald.

Maura Glynn returns for St. Patrick’s Friday as a duo playing a lot of your favorites as well as some incredible renditions of Irish favorites.

Celebrate St. Patrick’s with us as we welcome back to the Barn after quite a while - Faoilean! This Irish Trad once had a residency here in our first two years that we were open at Carriage Farm. During this residency these three lads brought energy, song, dance, special guests, and a foot stomping and hand clapping good time playing their versions of traditional Irish tunes, Celtic favorites and a bunch of sea shanties thrown in there!

With St. Patrick’s falling on a Monday we figure we keep the party going Sunday afternoon with Na’Bodach. Always a high energy show with a lot of Celtic music with some incredible renditions of popular covers thrown in. This 6 piece Celtic rock band brings the party every time.
